THE HOLDING OF ILKKA-YHTYMÄ IN ALMA MEDIA INCREASED ABOVE 10%

According to the information received by Alma Media Corporation, Ilkka Yhtymä Oyj has today acquired 5,255,200 Alma Media shares. Consequently, the holding of Ilkka-Yhtymä has exceeded 1/10 of the share capital and voting rights in Alma Media Corporation.
 
Pursuant to the Securities Act, Chapter 2, Section 10 we inform that to Alma Media’s knowledge, Ilkka-Yhtymä Oyj holds currently 7,718,991 Alma Media shares, representing 10.3% of share capital and voting rights.
 
Alma Media Corporation’s (business ID 1944757-4) share capital is EUR 44,767,513.80 and it is divided into 74,612,523 shares. The company has one series of shares. Each share entitles to one voting right. The total number of voting rights is 74,612,523.
