January 2024Netwheels OyAlma Media acquired the automotive software company Netwheels Oy. Netwheels Oy’s turnover in 2023 was approximately EUR 8 million. The main owner of the company was Sanoma Media Finland Oy and the minority owners included eight Finnish automotive operators.

August 2023Vrabotuvanje OnlineAlma Media subsidiary Alma Career Oy acquired a 70% stake in Vrabotuvanje Online, a leading online recruitment service in North Macedonia. Tau Online, part of the Alma Media group, already owned 30% of the company, so the company became a wholly owned company of Alma Media.
May 2023Talent’emAlma Media sold 90% of the common stock of Talent’em company to the company’s acting management. The remaining 10% is contracted to be sold during this year. Talent’em is a Czech company specialising in direct searches in recruiting. It entered the Alma Media Group as Monster.cz in 2013.
April 2023The DOKS service Alma Media Corporation acquired a majority stake in Suomen Tunnistetieto Oy. Alma Media acquired 25% of the company in the summer of 2021, and its stake has now increased to 51%.   
February 2023RantapalloAlma Media sold its stake (79%) in the Finnish online travel site Rantapallo to the minority owner TukTuk Media Oy. TukTuk Media Oy is a company specialising in digital services that founded Rantapallo.

December 2022Toimitilat.fiAlma Talent Oy agreed to acquire the business of the rental commercial property marketplace Toimitilat.fi from Talso Oy. The Toimitilat.fi business includes Toimitilat.fi in Finland, the Toimitilat.fi print publication and Ledigalokaler.com in Sweden. The transaction was carried out as a business acquisition on 1 January 2023. 
May 2022Netello Systems OyAlma Media acquired full ownership of Netello Systems Oy’s shares. Previously, Alma Media owned 60 percent of the company that provides digital marketing solutions especially to SMEs.
April 2022Muugimeistrite A/SAlma Talent Oy’s subsidiary Suoramarkkinointi Mega Oy sold its shareholding in Müügimeistrite A/S, corresponding to 80% of the total share capital, to the company’s acting management. Müügimeistrite A/S operates in the telemarketing business in Estonia and Latvia.
February 2022Bolt LtdAlma Career Ltd, a subsidiary of Alma Media Plc, sold its minority stake in the staffing platform specialising in construction labour hire, Bolt Group Ltd (21.05% of Bolt Group Ltd shares) to a newly formed company consisting of domestic private equity firm Vaaka Partners as well as the operative management and staff of the Bolt Group Ltd.

KPK Yhtiöt Oyj Alma Media Corporation sold all of its share capital in KPK Yhtiöt Oyj (formerly Keski-Pohjanmaan Kirjapaino Oyj) to Ilkka-Yhtymä Group. A total of 24,379 Series A shares, representing 5.6% of the total share capital of KPK Companies Plc and 0.5% of its votes, was transferred in the share transaction.

DIAS OyAlma Talent Oy increased shareholding in digital housing transaction service DIAS Oy to 80.5 per cent. Tomorrow Tech, the founding company and current majority shareholder of DIAS Oy, sold its 57.1 per cent shareholding. In addition, the founding banks OP, Danske Bank A/S, Aktia Bank Abp and S-Pankki Oyj sold in total 18.4 per cent of the company’s shares.
