ALMA MEDIA BECOMES SHAREHOLDER IN AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY APPLICATION COMPANY
Alma Media Corporation, the auto industry solution provider Grey-Hen Oy and the automotive software company Kateetti Oy will establish a joint venture to market and develop new kinds of auto industry applications. The joint venture continues the long-standing cooperation between the three companies.
The customer base of the new joint venture will consist of all auto industry organisations from manufacturers to dealers. The company will offer online information systems that also serve the information needs of car-buying consumers.
