ALMA MANU, SUBSIDIARY OF ALMA MEDIA CORPORATION, HAS AGREED ON THE FINANCING OF ITS NEW PRINTING FACILITY

Alma Manu Oy, the printing and distribution unit of Alma Media Corporation, has today agreed on the financing of the machinery of its new printing facility to be built in Tampere in 2012. The maximum amount of the agreed financing is EUR 50 million.

– The financing agreement between Alma Media’s subsidiary Alma Manu and Pohjola Bank plc further strengthens the customer relationship of the Alma Media Group and the OP-Pohjola Group. Furthermore, it supports OP-Pohjola’s position as one of the chief financing providers for Alma Media Group, says Tuomas Itkonen, CFO, Alma Media Corporation.
