Go to market engineer to Alma Mobility

We’re looking for a Go to market engineer for Alma Mobility marketplace brands – Nettiauto, Nettikone, Baana and more – where millions of Finns buy and sell their vehicles. GTM engineer sits at the intersection of technology, marketing, and user experience; gets excited about new tools, brings ideas to the table, and gets just as much satisfaction from upskilling a colleague as from delivering something themselves. You will close the loop between marketing, commercial operations and AI execution.

You’ll be an important part of our marketing team, owning the technical foundation that powers how we take new features and campaigns to market.  

What you’ll do

    • Explore and master new tools from marketing automation and AI-powered platforms to analytics and experimentation software. You try things first and then bring recommendations back to the team.
    • Design and implement marketing automation workflows: triggered messaging and onboarding flows, and the analytics to measure the success.
    • Work on integrations between marketing, product, and data tools so campaigns can act on the right signals at the right time.
    • Ideate on go-to-market approaches contributing to campaign strategy, launch planning, and user journey design, not just the implementation.
    • Contribute to measurement and experimentation: tracking, attribution, A/B tests, and dashboards.
    • Spread what you learn. When you discover something useful, your instinct is to share it

What we’re looking for

A tester and ideas person. You follow what’s emerging in martech and AI because you find it genuinely interesting. You know how to run a quick experiment, form a view, and communicate what you learned.

Technical curiosity. You need to read documentation willingly, figure out how tools connect, and not be intimidated when something requires digging. A record of picking things up quickly matters more than any specific skill set. The same goes for AI: we want someone experimenting with these tools and full of ideas about where they’re most useful.

Marketing & UX sensibility. You understand funnel thinking, segmentation, and campaign performance, and you’ve worked in or alongside a marketing team. You do not shy away from creating marketing materials yourself either.

A natural knowledge sharer. When you learn something useful, your first instinct is to tell someone else. You can explain technical concepts without making people feel behind, and you find it genuinely rewarding to make the team smarter together.

You’re comfortable with ambiguity, communicate well across technical and non-technical teams, and are energised by working across multiple brands at once.

AI & Automation Claude Code, Cowork, and MCP integrations, as well as prompt engineering, building custom agents, Make for workflow automation.
Analytics & Data Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Google Ads and Looker Studio, SQL basics.
Email & CRM Tools like Liana, Stripo, or Salesforce for email. Salesforce Service Cloud for customer service workflows and case management.
Web & Content Basic HTML/CSS, WordPress, and tag management (Google Tag Manager).
Collaboration & Ops Confluence for documentation, Jira for project tracking, and Git basics.
