Alma Media’s LMC sells web portal

Alma Career Oy’s subsidiary and the leading provider of recruiting services in the Czech Republic, LMC has sold, a web portal with information and services focused on tertiary education, to EDUroute. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the deal. In the arrangement, Alma Media will receive an estimated 0.6 million euros profit from the sale which will be reported in the figures for the third quarter of 2017.

Except its flagships, (career portals) and Teamio (web application for recruiters) LMC has been investing into development of its new services like (open online courses platform), Profinaut (mobile app for interconnection between project owners and skilled specialists), (effective outsourcing of smaller tasks to contractors) or Práce za rohem (mobile app for location-based job search) last few years.
