Arbitrators appointed for the redemption of Talentum minority shares

ARBITRATORS APPOINTED FOR THE REDEMPTION OF TALENTUM MINORITY SHARES

The Redemption Committee of the Finland Chamber of Commerce has appointed an Arbitral Tribunal consisting of three arbitrators to settle the disagreements over the right of squeeze-out relating to Talentum Corporation (“Talentum”) shares not held by Alma Media Corporation (“Alma Media”) and over the squeeze-out price. The Arbitral Tribunal comprises professor Raimo Immonen (Chairman), attorney Gisela Knuts and attorney Harriet Lagus.

Alma Media announced on 17 November 2015 that it will commence redemption proceedings in respect of all the Talentum shares held by minority shareholders by initiating arbitration proceedings in accordance with Chapter 18, Section 3 of the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act.
