Alma Mediapartners acquires a stake in car servicing market venue

Alma Media’s subsidiary Alma Mediapartners Oy has acquired 24 per cent of the share capital of AutoJerry Oy, which offers competitive tender services for car servicing. The parties have agreed not to publish the price of the transaction.

With service, people can compare car servicing and repairs offers in a centralised manner and invite competitive offers for the services: car owners receive offers from local car repair workshops, compare the offers and book a servicing time with the repair workshop they have selected. service, launched in June 2014, includes 960 car repair workshop partners covering about one third of Finland’s repair workshops from Helsinki to Rovaniemi. is Finland’s leading car servicing market venue, and the popularity of the service has increased very quickly. To this date, a total of 80,000 offers have been forwarded to car owners from the repair workshops, of which more than a half during the past four months. The total value of the offers forwarded is EUR 25 million.
