Terms of cancellation for print advertising
For Kauppalehti, cancellations must be made at least two (2) business days before the publication date. If a confirmed advertisement is canceled less than two (2) business days prior, 50% of the net price will be charged. Cancellations made on the day before publication will incur a 100% charge of the net price.
For reserved spot advertisements, cancellations must occur at least ten (10) business days before the publication date. If canceled later than this period, 50% of the campaign price will be charged, and 100% if canceled less than five (5) business days prior.
For inserts, cancellations must be made at least three (3) weeks before the publication date. After this deadline, a 50% charge of the net price applies. In force majeure situations, cancellations must be submitted in writing, and any costs already incurred will be fully charged.
For Talouselämä, Tekniikka & Talous, Arvopaperi, Tivi, and Mikrobitti, cancellations must be made by the reservation date. If a confirmed campaign is canceled afterward, 100% of the net price will be charged.
