Alma Media Corporation               Press Release           29 October 2026

ALMA MEDIA ACQUIRES KTI KIINTEISTÖTIETO OY

Alma Media strengthens its position in data and information services for the housing and real estate sector by acquiring KTI Kiinteistötieto Oy. The acquisition expands Alma Media’s service offering particularly in commercial real estate market information and analytics services. KTI Kiinteistötieto will be reported as part of the Alma Marketplaces business segment. Ownership will transfer to Alma Media on 1 November 2026.

KTI Kiinteistötieto is a Finnish provider of information, research and analytics services for the real estate sector. Its customers include a broad range of real estate investors, property owners, developers, financiers and other real estate industry professionals. The largest sellers in the transaction are Kiinteistönomistajat ja rakennuttajat Rakli ry and Suomen Kiinteistöliitto ry. KTI Kiinteistötieto’s revenue in 2025 was MEUR 3.

The acquisition supports Alma Media’s strategy to expand its offering across the value chain in the housing and real estate sector and to further develop its portfolio of services based on data, technology and expert knowledge.

“KTI Kiinteistötieto is a highly respected company in the Finnish real estate sector. The acquisition is an excellent complement to Alma Real Estate’s existing services and further strengthens our ability to serve real estate professionals with a broader offering. We see significant opportunities to leverage data assets, analytics and new technologies to create greater value for our customers,” says Santtu Elsinen, EVP, Alma Marketplaces.

“KTI’s strong market position, high-quality data and deep customer relationships strengthen Alma Real Estate’s existing business. The acquisition makes us an even stronger partner not only in housing finance and residential property transactions, but also for property investors, real estate funds and commercial property owners. By combining our expertise and data assets, we can develop an even more comprehensive range of data and analytics services for our customers,” says Tuomo Räsänen, VP, Alma Real Estate.

“The operating environment in the real estate sector has changed rapidly. Regulation is increasing, the importance of information is growing, and customers need increasingly high-quality data to support their decision-making and business development. We see the acquisition as a natural next step in KTI’s development and an opportunity to further strengthen the company’s position in a market where the need for information and analytics continues to grow,” says Hanna Kaleva, CEO of KTI Kiinteistötieto.

KTI Kiinteistötieto has 23 employees, who will transfer to the Alma Media Group under their existing terms and conditions of employment.
