Developed by Alma Media,'s (Housing Advisory) launches a digital toolkit for private landlords and property investors. The service enables electronic signing of rental agreement, ensuring rent payment on time and facilitates the rentability of apartments and houses. also offers its users housing market data to determine the rental level and selling price of their own properties. 

The rental housing market is a significant part of the overall housing market in Finland. There are approximately 923 000 rental apartments in Finland, of which more than two-thirds are free-funded. There are 360,000 privately owned free-funded rental houses or apartments.

The insurance amount is calculated as the amount equivalent to two months' rent, with no deductible for cover. The cost of rental payment protection is 3.5 per cent of the rent amount each month, and the Vuokramaksuturva customers will also receive a Vakuutusturva, an insurance security, without any additional expense.
