The Annual General Meeting of Alma Media Corporation postponed due to coronavirus outbreak

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF ALMA MEDIA CORPORATION POSTPONED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS OUTBREAK

Alma Media takes the threat of the Corona virus seriously. The Board of Directors of Alma Media has after a thorough assessment decided, due to the current situation and restrictive measures ruled by the Finnish Government on 16 March 2020, to postpone the Annual General Meeting which was scheduled to be held on Wednesday 25 of March 2020.

Alma Media pursues to hold the AGM with special arrangements by the end of April 2020 following all regulatory guidelines in arranging the event and ensuring the safety of shareholders and Alma Media personnel. Alma Media will convene the Annual General Meeting at a later stage.
