Alma Media’s Tau on-line acquires a minority stake in the leading online recruiting service in Macedonia

Alma Media’s Croatian subsidiary Tau on-line has today agreed to acquire a stake of 30 per cent of the share capital in Vrabotuvanje Online, the leading online recruitment service in Macedonia. The Macedonian jobsite,, was founded in 2003 and is a part of the Vrabotuvanje Group. The jobsite has approximately 370 000 visitors per week. It employs 11 persons in Skopje. The revenue of Vrabotuvanje Online is expected to amount to approximately MEUR 0.2 in 2017. The parties have agreed not to publish the price of the transaction.

The partnership between Tau on-line, it’s Croatian online service MojPosao, and Vrabotuvanje Group will enable further development of the strong market position of in the Macedonian labor market.
