MARKUS NISULA TO RUN BNS GROUP
M.Sc. Markus Nisula (40) has been appointed as CEO of Baltic News Service with effect from 1 September 2012. Baltic News Service (BNS) is the leading source of information for professional use in the Baltic countries, known for the quality of its contents. BNS operates as a full service news agency and a major media monitoring company in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. BNS is a part of Alma Media’s Kauppalehti Group.
Markus Nisula is transferring to BNS from his position as Director, Technology Division of the telecom operator Elisa Eesti AS. Nisula has a long and extensive experience of business leading in Estonia and the Baltic markets. Nisula reports to Juha-Petri Loimovuori, Head of Kauppalehti Group.
