ALMA MEDIA’S FINANCIAL REPORTING IN 2012

Alma Media Corporation will publish its financial reports in 2012 as follows:

– Financial Statement Bulletin for financial year 2011 on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 approximately at 9:00 EET
– Interim report for January-March 2012 on Friday, April 27 approximately at 12:00 EEST
– Interim report for January-June 2012 on Friday , July 20 approximately at 9:00 EEST
– Interim report for January-September 2012 on Thursday, October 25 approximately at 9:00 EEST

Alma Media’s Annual Review 2011, including corporate responsibility reporting, is scheduled to be published in calendar week 9, 2012.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012. Financial Statements, Report by the Board of Directors, Auditor’s Report and Corporate Governance Statement will be published no later than on Wednesday, February 22, 2012.
