Special issue by Kauppalehti and The Economist available in Finnish on Thursday

SPECIAL ISSUE BY KAUPPALEHTI AND THE ECONOMIST AVAILABLE IN FINNISH ON THURSDAY
The first World in 2011 special issue in Finnish language will be published on Thursday, December 16 as a special edition of Kauppalehti Optio by Kauppalehti, under an exclusive license from The Economist. The experts of The Economist cover economic, political and social development with a global perspective in 2011 and beyond in dozens of articles.
The 124-page Finnish edition includes additionally a review by Bengt Holmström, Professor in MIT, on Finland’s evolving role in the global field. The World 2011 features also articles by Hillary Rodham Clinton, the United States Secretary of State, David Cameron, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom and Herman Van Rompuy, President of European Council.
The World in 2011 represents the 25th edition of The Economist’s annual compilation of predictions for the year to come. To celebrate the milestone, experts from different fields consider also the outlook for 2036. Besides Finland, the World 2011 will be published in 37 other countries.
The World 2011 in Finnish will be delivered to all Kauppalehti’s subscribers together with Kauppalehti Optio’s Taste the World issue, focusing on food and travelling. In addition, the World in 2011 will be available nationwide in R Kiosks, supermarkets and book stores until February 2011.
