PANU POKKINEN APPOINTED EDITOR-IN-CHIEF, NEWS AT ILTALEHTI

Panu Pokkinen, M Sc (Soc) and Career Officer, has been appointed Editor-in-Chief, News at Iltalehti as of September 1, 2010. Mr Pokkinen, 33, currently works at Iltalehti as Managing Editor. Previously he has worked at the Finnish Defence Forces’ Ruotuväki newspaper as Editor-in-Chief and at Ilta-Sanomat as News Editor and Reporter.

The position of Editor-in-Chief, News is new at Iltalehti. By filling this vacancy, Iltalehti emphasises and further strengthens the importance of news for Iltalehti.
