The company has received information to the effect that Evli Bank Plc’s holding of Alma Media Corporation’s share capital and votes reached one-twentieth (1/20) of the total on 20 February 2007.
On 16 February 2007 Evli Bank Plc made a share loan agreement under which it borrowed 4,453,000 Alma Media shares, or 5.97 % of the total share capital and votes on the value date 20 February 2007. The loan period is open.
Furthemore, Evli Bank Plc has sold 189,500 Alma Media shares under a forward contract, the amount representing 0.25 % of the shares capital and votes.
