CAPITAL GROUP’S HOLDING IN ALMA MEDIA DECREASES TO 3.7 %
The company has received information to the effect that Capital Group’s (taxpayer ID 86-0206507) holding in Alma Media Corporation has decreased below one twentieth (1/20) of the company’s share capital and voting rights in a trade concluded on 14 July 2006. Pursuant to Securities Act, Chapter 2, Section 10, we inform that:
