ANNOUNCEMENT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

 

The company has become aware that the number of Almanova Corporation shares held by Nordea Nordic Small Cap, an equity fund managed by Nordea Rahastoyhtiö Suomi Oy, has decreased below 1/20th of the total following a share transaction on 23 September 2005. The fund now owns altogether 4.13% of Almanova Corporations’s share capital and number of votes.

 

Almanova Corporation’s share capital is 5 370 489 euros, divided between 8 950 815 shares, each of which carry one vote.
