ALMANOVA’S INTERIM REPORT DURING WEEK STARTING AUGUST 22

 

Almanova Corporation’s interim report of the period 27 January – 30 June 2005 will be published during week starting August 22.

 

Almanova Corporation is a company established on 27 January 2005 and registered with the Trade Register on 3 February 2005 for the purpose of participating in the restructuring of Alma Media.

 

The estimated date of the completion of the merger of Almanova Corporation and Alma Media Corporation is 3 October 2005. Almanova Corporation will change its name to Alma Media Corporation.
