EDITA ACTA AND ALPRINT RAHOLA MERGED

The merger of magazine printing plant Alprint Rahola and Edita
Acta Oy to form Acta Print Oy has been confirmed today. Alprint
Rahola was previosly owned by Alma Media Corporation. The new
company Acta Print Oy begins operating on 1 July 2003 as
planned. Alma Media owns 36 % of the company.
