Alma Media sells blog service to Rohea Oy

Alma Media has today signed an agreement to sell the business operations of blog service to Rohea Oy. The buyer, Rohea, develops and maintains several digital consumer services, such as Finland’s largest cooking-related service in collaboration with Alma Media. The companies have agreed not to disclose the price of the deal.

“We have been very satisfied with the collaboration with Rohea in maintaining and developing Kotikokki, and we are confident that will now be backed up by a competent and dedicated development team,” says Minna Nissinen, Director, Alma Media’s digital service and development unit Alma Diverso. 

 “We aim to see to it that remains a robust, dynamic and competitive service.
