
Senior Manager, Procure to Pay
We are hiring an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Procure to Pay to lead and evolve our global P2P process. This role is critical in ensuring efficient, compliant, and timely execution of supplier payments, employee reimbursements, and payroll-related payouts, while designing scalable processes and driving automation.
You will guide the global transition of P2P services into the GFO structure, working across countries and systems, including SAP and Nomentia, and championing process discipline in a rapidly transforming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end P2P process, including:
- Supplier invoice receipt and processing
- Basware vendor invoice management process ownership
- Travel and Expense (T&E) claim process
- Payroll-related payouts (e.g. taxes, benefits, net salaries) in cooperation with Payroll
- Act as business owner for P2P during the S/4HANA Cloud implementation, including fit-gap analysis, testing, and change adoption.
- Lead the definition and deployment of P2P process standards, controls, and service levels across countries and legacy ERP systems.
- Collaborate with R2R for master data governance and accounting alignment.
- Design and drive T&E policy enforcement, user guidance, and automation improvements.
- Lead a distributed operational team, creating a consistent approach to service delivery and issue resolution.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities and support implementation of digital solutions.
You will succeed in this role if you have:
- 10+ years of experience in Finance operations, Shared Services, or P2P process leadership.
- Proven success operating in a global matrix organization with multiple countries and systems.
- Hands-on experience with payment platforms (e.g. Nomentia) and SAP, preferably S/4HANA Cloud.
- Strong working knowledge of T&E processes, Vendor invoice management handling.
- Skilled in process standardization, controls implementation, and service level management.
- Able to set priorities, communicate clearly, and guide teams through change and complexity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
