Alma Talent sells Dagens Media to Bonnier

ALMA TALENT SELLS DAGENS MEDIA TO BONNIER

Alma Talent Ab, a part of Alma Media, and Bonnier Business Media (BBM) have agreed upon a share transaction where Alma Talent sells shares of Dagens Media Sverige Ab to BBM.

Bonnier takes over mediabrands Dagens Media and Medievärlden, their mediabusiness including events and the editorial personnel.

The revenue of the business operations to be transferred was approximately EUR 1.6 million in 2017. The parties have agreed not to publish the price of the transaction. The transaction has no significant impact on the result of Alma Media Group.
