Competition authorities approved the agreement between Alma Media and TietoEnator

COMPETITION AUTHORITIES APPROVED THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ALMA MEDIA AND TIETOENATOR
 
The competition authorities have approved the agreement between Alma Media and TietoEnator concerning Kauppalehti’s acquisition of ePortti business from TietoEnator and the establishment of a direct marketing company, TietoEnator 121 Oy. ePortti will be integrated with Kauppalehti Online. TietoEnator 121 Oy will start its operations on 1 July 2005. Mr. Timo Lehtinen has been appointed Managing Director of TietoEnator 121 Oy.
