The Editor-in-Chief of Kauppalehti will change

THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF OF KAUPPALEHTI WILL CHANGE

The editorial management of Kauppalehti, the business media published by Alma Media, will change at the beginning of 2013, as the Editor-in-Chief, Mr. Hannu Leinonen (60) will retire according to previous agreements.

Hannu Leinonen has acted as the Editor-in-Chief of Kauppalehti since 2003. Prior to that, he was the Managing Editor of the newspaper since 1997.

“The past decade has been extremely interesting for a journalist, especially as I have been able to follow the developments from the number one position in the Finnish business life. A lot has happened both in media and in the world around. Kauppalehti has developed with the society and retained its position as the leading business media in Finland by many measures”, says Leinonen.

The recruitment process to find a successor for Hannu Leinonen commences immediately.
