Teemu Kangas-Kärki, CFO of Alma Media resigns

TEEMU KANGAS-KÄRKI, CFO OF ALMA MEDIA RESIGNS

Mr. Teemu Kangas-Kärki, CFO and a member of the Corporate Executive Team of Alma Media Corporation, has announced his resignation from Alma Media as he has been appointed CFO of Fiskars Corporation. He will leave Alma Media during October 2008 at the latest. Mr. Kangas-Kärki has been CFO of Alma Media since 2003.

He has renewed the finance management of Alma Media in a consistent manner and implemented the necessary structural arrangements in an upstanding way.
