Shareholders’ support for proposal from Board of Directors has increased

SHAREHOLDERS’ SUPPORT FOR PROPOSAL FROM BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS INCREASED

 

The support for the proposal from Alma Media’s Board of Directors that was announced on 24 January 2005 has increased. Shareholders representing more than three quarters of all the votes and more than two thirds of all the shares have now indicated their support for the proposal.
