CHANGE IN PUBLISHING DATE OF Q1 2006 INTERIM REPORT

Depart from the dates announced earlier Alma Media Corporation will publish the financial reports in 2006 as follows:

Alma Media’s financial statement bulletin on 2005 will be published on Friday, 10 February 2006 at 9.30 a.m.

Alma Media will publish three interim reports in 2006:

– 3 months: 27 April 2006 at 9.30 a.m.

– 6 months: 11 August 2006 at 9.00 a.m.

– 9 months: 27 October 2006 at 9.30 a.m.

The annual general meeting of Alma Media Corporation will be held on Wednesday, 8 March 2006.
