Audited circulation of Kauppalehti in 2010

Alma Media Corporation   Press release   April 14, 2011 at 10.00 (EEST)

AUDITED CIRCULATION OF KAUPPALEHTI IN 2010

The audited circulation of Kauppalehti in 2010 is 70,118. The circulation decreased from the previous year’s level (78,731), partly due to the cancellations of corporate subscriptions in an economic downturn. Additionally, Kauppalehti decided in 2009 to improve the profitability of its subscriptions and cut the free group subscriptions to student organizations. These reductions were fully effective only in 2010 and caused more than half of the decrease in the calculated circulation. According to the latest National Readership Survey, Kauppalehti’s daily reader count remained healthy at 214,000 readers.

Kauppalehti, the leading business newspaper in Finland, is part of Alma Media Group.
