ALMA TALENT AND MESSUKESKUS LAUNCH COOPERATION IN EVENTS TARGETED AT PROFESSIONALS AND DECISION-MAKERS
Alma Talent and Messukeskus Helsinki will launch cooperation in organising special events targeted at decision-makers and professionals. The cooperation builds on the strengths of two leading operators in organising large events and trade shows as well as content and marketing expertise in the most influential target groups. Messukeskus Helsinki, Expo and Convention Centre, is Finland’s largest operator in the events sector, with more than 10,000 corporate customers and over a million visitors participating in events every year. Correspondingly, Alma Talent media reach 70% of decision-makers and draftspersons in Finland, 72% of investors, 74% of entrepreneurs and 86% of prosperous consumers (Source: TNS Mind Päättäjä 2018).
Alongside digitalisation, contacts and experiential marketing have gained in importance; according to the study, every third B2B decision-maker highlights events as one of the most important channels in seeking information about products and services and making purchasing decisions. Events play a key role for decision-makers also as motivational factors in their work. Two in three decision-makers strive to develop further in their work and have participated in an event (Source: TNS Mind Päättäjä 2018).
- Working together with Messukeskus, we will be able to offer useful information to Finnish businesses and decision-makers alongside unique, premium-quality contacts to support the development and growth of their business. In order to provide as high value as possible for our clients, the events will be developed taking heed of the opinions of influential parties and companies in various lines of business, says Juha-Petri Loimovuori, CEO of Alma Talent.
- Powerful content and bringing together the right target groups lie at the very core of every successful professional event. The future cooperation between Alma Talent and Messukeskus will give a new spark to the development of our events targeted at professionals and decision-makers, thus generating growth in the business of our mutual clients, says Mikko Horppu, Business Unit Director, Exhibitions at Messukeskus Helsinki.
