CHANGES IN HOLDINGS OF PROCOMEX AND MEKAANIKONTALO IN ALMA MEDIA
Alma Media announced on 19 December 2006 that Procomex S.A (business register number R.C. Luxembourg B 57.877) and Helsingin Mekaanikontalo Oy (trade register number 1076761-9) had raised their combined holding in the share capital and voting rights of Alma Media to more than one twentieth (1/20) through forward trades renewed on that date. Now Alma Media has received information that these companies have renewed existing forward trades and made new forward trades.
