Alma Media divests the Matkapörssi and Lentokeskus business operations

ALMA MEDIA DIVESTS THE MATKAPÖRSSI AND LENTOKESKUS BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Alma Consumer’s travel media Rantapallo has agreed upon a business transaction to sell the Matkapörssi and Lentokeskus business operations to Lakeuden Matkat Oy, which has operated over 30 years in the industry.

The revenue of the business operations to be transferred in the business transaction was approximately EUR 3.0 million in 2017. The parties have agreed not to publish the price of the transaction. The transaction has no impact on the result of Alma Media Group. The transaction will take effect on 1 July 2018.
