The Listing Committee of Nasdaq Helsinki has resolved upon the delisting of Talentum Oyj’s share

THE LISTING COMMITTEE OF NASDAQ HELSINKI HAS RESOLVED UPON THE DELISTING OF TALENTUM OYJ’S SHARE AND THE TERMINATION OF PUBLIC TRADING IN THE TALENTUM OYJ SHARE

Talentum Oyj (”Talentum”) has on 14 April 2016 announced that it has filed an application with the Listing Committee of Nasdaq Helsinki for the termination of public trading in the Talentum share and the delisting of the share. In the application, the delisting from the official list was requested as soon as possible after the decision of the Listing Committee.

The Listing Committee of Nasdaq Helsinki has made a decision on the basis of the above mentioned application today 21 April 2016 and issued a separate release concerning the matter. According to the said decision, Talentum is delisted. The Talentum shares are listed for the last day on Thursday 21 April 2016.
