ALMANOVA OYJ JÄTTI LISTALLEOTTOHAKEMUKSEN

 

Almanova Oyj on tänään jättänyt Helsingin Pörssille hakemuksen osakkeidensa ottamisesta julkisen kaupankäynnin kohteeksi Helsingin Pörssin Prelistalla 22.4.2005 alkaen. Almanovan osake on tarkoitus hakea Helsingin Pörssin Päälistalle Almanova Oyj:n ja Alma Media Oyj:n sulautumisen täytäntöönpanon jälkeen myöhemmin määriteltävänä ajankohtana.

 

Listalleottoesite, joka on samalla tarjousasiakirja sekä Almanovan ja Alma Median sulautumisesite, on saatavilla Sampo Pankki Oyj:n henkilöasiakaskonttoreista ja Mandatum Yksityispankin konttoreista sekä Mandatumin internetsivuilta osoitteesta http://www.mandatum.fi.
