LMC was established in 1996 with the first ever Czech online  recruitment portal and since then the company has been the Czech market leader. Today, LMC operates two leading recruitment portals in the Czech Republic (www.jobs.cz and www.prace.cz) and one in Slovakia (www.topjobs.sk). With services such as LMC G2 (on-line recruitment solution), on-line psychomemetrics (candidates testing & talent management), and HR Marketing (building career web pages and employer branding consultancy), LMC has been setting and evolving the standards in the Czech job market.

LMC has in total approximately 25,000 registered B2B customers and approximately one million registered job seekers. LMC employs approximately 200 persons located mainly in Prague.
