The Kauppalehti Group provides business information and services. The Group includes Kauppalehti Oy, the Lehdentekijät Group, Baltic News Service and as an associated company, Talentum Oyj (32.14%).

The Kauppalehti Group's annual net sales is € 62.8 m and it employs more than 500 people (2009). The Group is headed by Juha-Petri Loimovuori, the financial director is Eija Hartonen and the human resources manager Ritva Vaittinen.

Kauppalehti Oy

Kauppalehti Oy is a versatile provider of business information operating a multitude of business newspapers and magazines as well as rapidly growing online services:

Lehdentekijät

Lehdentekijät is one of Finland's largest customer media houses. The group consists of Alma Media Lehdentekijät Oy producing and publishing customer and interest group media, as well as Suomen Business Viestintä Oy, a company responsible for media sales and marketing. The Managing Director of Lehdentekijät Group is Petri Läntinen.

Baltic News Service

Baltic News Service (BNS) is the largest and most reliable news agency in the Baltic states with offices in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. BNS also has a business unit offering media monitoring services in the entire Baltic region. The Managing Director of Baltic News Service is Anvar Samost.
