Investor meetings
For investor meetings, Alma Media observes a three-week silent time prior to the publication of financial statements bulletins and interim reports. These times are given in the Calendar. At other times, we are pleased to meet with analysts and institutional investors, as well as others interested in investing in Alma Media as follows:
Institutional investors and institutions interested in investing in Alma Media:
Alma Media top management is available for investors and analysts at conferences arranged in connection with the publication of each interim report and other group meetings as necessary. Private meetings can be arranged on request with either Mr Tuomas Itkonen, CFO, or Mr Kai Telanne, CEO, as well as with other members of the Group Executive Team if required by the topic. These meetings are usually also attended by Mr Rauno Heinonen, Vice President Corporate Communications. The company makes an effort to meet institutional investors operating outside Finland during roadshows after the publication of each interim report, as well as in connection with industry seminars arranged by stockbrokers.
Small investors (shareholding less than 50,000 shares):
The company makes an effort to regularly participate in a variety of events for small investors (Investment evenings, shareholder events, investment fairs) to provide up-to-date information about the company and to answer questions.
