Lisäyksenä tänään 31.3.2005 klo 9 julkistettuun Almanova Oyj:n ja Alma Media Oyj:n esitteen täydennykseen ilmoitetaan, että esitettä täydennetään vielä seuraavalla tiedolla:

Juho Lipsanen toimii yhtiössä erityistehtävissä Broadcasting-divisioonan irrottamiseen tähtäävän yritysjärjestelyn loppuun saattamiseksi 30.9.2005 saakka. Tämän lisäksi Alma Median ja Juho Lipsasen välillä on sovittu 18 kuukauden palkkaa ja palkkioita vastaavan erorahan maksamisesta.
