New Editor-in-Chief for Jämsän Seutu

NEW EDITOR-IN-CHIEF FOR JÄMSÄN SEUTU

 

The Editor-in-Chief for the newspaper Jämsän Seutu and the local paper Vekkari will change from the beginning of the year 2012. The present Editor-in-Chief, Mr Pekka Hyytinen, will then go into part-time retirement.

 

Pekka Hyytinen has worked as Editor-in-Chief in Jämsä since 2000. He took up the position of Editor-in-Chief for Koillis-Häme, the predecessor of Jämsän Seutu, after working as Editor-in-Chief for Kankaanpään Seutu.

 

Mr Hyytinen will be 60 in this autumn. During his part-time retirement he will continue working as a special reporter until his full-time retirement in the autumn of 2014.
