ALMA MEDIA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 24 AUG.2001, 2.00 PM ALMA MEDIA FLOATS EUR 100 MILLION DOMESTIC MTN PROGRAMME Alma Media Corporation’s Board of Directors has decided to restructure the company’s financing. Accordingly, Alma Media will float a domestic Medium Term Note programme totalling at most EUR 100 million. Sampo Bank Plc has been retained as the programme’s lead manager. The notes, which will be offered primarily to domestic institutional investors, will give the company greater latitude in financing its investments.
