Nordea’s holding in Alma Media remained above 15 percent

NORDEA’S SHAREHOLDING IN ALMA MEDIA REMAINED ABOVE 15 PERCENT
 
Alma Media Oyj has received announcement from the Swedish Nordea Bank AB Corporation (Swedish business ID 516406-0120) according to which the bank’s shareholding in Alma Media Oyj did not fall under 3/20 in June, contrary to the announcement received on 12th June 2007.
 
Nordea Bank AB announces that Nordea Group’s holding in total in Alma Media Oyj remained above 3/20 when forward contracts matured in June 2007, and currently amounts to 11.408.366 shares corresponding to 15.29 % of total share capital and voting rights.
 
Nordea Bank AB announces that the other forward trading contracts it has made will mature, thus its shareholding fall according to the schedule announced on 12th June 2007.
