ALMA MEDIA’S Q1 2012 INTERIM REPORT TO BE PUBLISHED ON 27 APRIL 2012

Alma Media Corporation will publish its interim report for January-March 2012 on Friday, 27 April 2012 approximately at 12.00 EEST. The presentation material will be available on www.almamedia.fi/investors  13.30 EEST.

A conference for Finnish media, investors and analysts will be held on the same day at 13.30-14.30 EEST in restaurant Savoy, meeting room Salikabinetti, 7th floor (address: Eteläesplanadi 14, Helsinki). In addition to the presentations held by President & CEO Kai Telanne and CFO Tuomas Itkonen, participants will have an opportunity to discuss with other members of the company’s management. Please note that the conference will be held in Finnish.
