AAMULEHTI CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE BULLETIN MTV CORPORATION 19 November 1997, 4.00 pm SUPERVISORY BOARDS APPROVE TV 4 AB SHARE ACQUISITIONS The Supervisory Board of Aamulehti Corporation today approved the Aamulehti Group acquisition of 16.5 % of TV 4 AB’s shares from Investor AB and 1.9 % from Föreningsbankens Fonder. The Supervisory Board of MTV Corporation approved MTV Corporation’s acquisition of 5.0 % of the TV 4 AB shares from Investor AB. On 21 October 1997 the Boards of Directors of Aamulehti Corporation and MTV Corporation decided to acquire a total of 23.4 % of the shares of TV 4 AB, Sweden’s leading commercial TV channel. The transaction was arranged so that Aamulehti Corporation would acquire 3,301,830 TV 4 AB shares from Investor AB and 382,485 shares from Föreningsbankens Fonder, and MTV Corporation would acquire 1,000,000 shares from Investor AB. The shares, which are all A Series shares, represent 23.4 % of the TV 4 AB stock and voting power. The Supervisory Boards of Aamulehti Corporation and MTV Corporation approved the share acquisitions at their meetings today. Alma Media, scheduled to start operating on 1 April 1998, thus becomes TV 4 AB’s largest single shareholder, and TV 4 AB becomes an associated company of Alma Media. The acquisition price of the TV 4 AB shares totalled approximately FIM 550 million. Aamulehti Corporation’s retiring directors re-elected Pekka Ala-Pietilä and Björn Mattsson were due to retire from Aamulehti Corporation’s Board of Directors at the end of 1997. Aamulehti Corporation’s Supervisory Board re-elected these members to the Board of Directors for the term of office beginning on 1 January 1998 and ending on 31 December 2000.
