ALMA MANU’S MANAGING DIRECTOR LEAVES HER POSITION

Helvi Liukkaala will leave her position as the Managing Director of print and distribution company Alma Manu Oy. Alma Manu became a part of Alma Regional Media in spring 2014. Due to the arrangement, the operations of Alma Manu will now be reorganized and the current position of Alma Manu’s Managing Director ceases to exist. The arrangement was mutually agreed.

Alma Manu owns a new printing press that was commissioned in 2013 in Tampere. The company also manages the morning delivery of newspapers in Pirkanmaa, Satakunta and Lapland provinces.

Alma Regional Media includes all regional, local and city newspapers published by Alma Media. Its most well-known media brands are Aamulehti, Satakunnan Kansa, Kainuun Sanomat, Lapin Kansa and Pohjolan Sanomat. In addition, the business unit includes the print and distribution company Alma Manu Oy.
