CORRECTION TO ALMA MEDIA’S FINANCIAL STATEMENTS RELEASE

 

Alma Media Corporation’s Financial statement release 2009, published today on February 12, 2010, includes one error. The record date in the chapter concerning dividend proposal is incorrect. The correct record date is March 16, 2010, not March 1, 2010. The corrected chapter is in its entirety below.

 

DIVIDEND PROPOSAL

Alma Media’s Board of Directors will propose to the annual general meeting convening on March 11, 2010 that a dividend of EUR 0.40 (0.30) per share be paid for the 2009 financial year. Dividends are paid to shareholders who are entered in Alma Media Corporation’s shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy no later than the record date, March 16, 2010. The payment date is March 25, 2010. On December 31, 2009, the Group’s parent company had distributable funds totalling EUR 53,724,934 (50,107,510).

The report by Alma Media’s Board of Directors, the financial statements and the audit report will be available on the company’s website no later than February 18, 2010.
