Monster launched Android app for job opportunities on-the-go

Alma Media Corporation   Press Release    May 10, 2011 at 10.00 (EEST)

MONSTER LAUNCHED ANDROID APP FOR JOB OPPORTUNITIES ON-THE-GO

Monster, part of Alma Media Group, has unveiled its Android app for on-the-go job hunting, the latest in its line-up of mobile apps for devices including the iPhone and iPad. The Monster Android app can be downloaded for free via the Android Market.

The Android app makes it easy to keep up with the latest job opportunities on the move, from any location. In a competetive job climate, accessing jobs on the move is essential to making sure job seekers stay ahead with the very latest information.

Always ready to apply

The Android app provides access to search for jobs; view and apply; and manage your Monster account, including accessing previously saved job searches.  It alerts job hunters to new job posts as they appear, instantly placing them at the front of the queue. And with direct links to GoogleMaps, the Android app lets you view the location of the job to check if it is within your preferred locality.
