CORRECTION TO ALMA MEDIA’S STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE ON 7 MARCH 2012 AT 16:40 P.M. ON THE SCHEDULE OF THE SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS BASED ON OPTION RIGHTS

In the stock exchange release issued by Alma Media on March 7, 2012 at 16.40 pm, the amount of the option rights was incorrect. From April 1, 2010 until April 30, 2012, the holders of 2006C option rights can subscribe a maximum of 470,000 Alma Media shares, not 640,000 Alma Media shares.
