JAAKKO LINTUNEN TO HEAD AAMULEHTI’S MEDIA MARKETING
 
Mr Jaakko Lintunen, B.Sc. (Econ), 36, has been appointed Director Media Marketing at Aamulehti, a newspaper in the Alma Media Corporation, effective from June 1, 2007. He joins Aamulehti from the position of Managing Director of Oy Carat Finland Ab, a media agency.
 
– Aamulehti has a strong position in its market area. It is a trusted friend for everyone living in the Pirkanmaa province, which makes Aamulehti a perfect vehicle for the advertiser. Our primary target is to communicate the commercial potential of Finland’s second largest economic area to nationwide advertisers, Mr Lintunen says.
 
Mr Lintunen sees maintaining and developing reader relations as a major future challenge, in particular in the digital environment. This also allows the development of new ways for advertisers to reach their audiences that support existing ones.
